Jake Mechenbier joined Flanagan Investment Real Estate after seven successful years at NAI SunVista/NAI Maestas & Ward. Jake specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and has been involved in some of the most prominent transactions in New Mexico. Prior to becoming an investment broker, Jake led a research initiative that provided valuable information for the NAI SunVista Investment team. The information compiled during this research project provided crucial data related to commercial real estate in New Mexico.
Jake graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting. Prior to brokerage, Jake worked for a commercial development company that has built and manages over 500,000 square feet of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout Albuquerque. Jake’s construction experience proves to be an invaluable asset, assisting him in better serving his clientele and making his mark in commercial real estate.
